Different IT service work will require different skill levels, and will be charged accordingly. Varying skill levels can be serviced by one technician in the one callout. One technician capable of Server support can, for example, in the same 2 hour service call spend 1 hour on Servers at Server rates and 1 hour doing Network support at Network rates. You will be charged different rates depending on the services rendered. Minimum callout charge is 1 hour, minimum workshop charge is ½ hour.
For standard service requirements we will make our best endeavour to respond by the next business day. As is often the case, if availability permits, service works will be done well before this time, often immediately. If we have to take someone off another job there will be a penalty. For guaranteed response within 8 working hours, or response outside standard business hours, there is a penalty of 1.5 times the service charges (priority rates). For guaranteed response within 4 working hours there is a penalty of double the service charges (urgent rates).
We need to spend time with our families and friends, but will look after your urgent needs. For response outside standard business hours, there is a penalty of 1.5 times the service charges. For response on Sundays and Public Holidays there is a penalty of double the service charges.
