Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Guaranteed continuing 8x5 or 24x7 service on IT equipment and services at 99% uptime, complete maintenance with hardware and software upgrades and hardware
replacements allowing for expansion, routine maintenance. Take the risk and worry out of your critical IT services.
An SLA is based on a list of equipment and services requiring coverage under the SLA, and can only be quoted on request as the charges will reflect the equipment and
services covered.
